The MAOC-009871 is an InGaP HBT-based voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) designed for frequency generation within the 9.2 10.2 GHz range. It offers low phase noise, a wide tuning range, and a divide-by-two output, making it ideal for integration into phase-locked loops. The VCO features an integrated buffer amplifier and excellent temperature stability, operating from a +5V bias. Its low phase noise performance is particularly suited for high-capacity digital radio applications. Primary applications include Point-to-Point Radio, Point-to-Multipoint Radio, Communications Systems, and other low phase noise requirements. The device is housed in a 5 mm 32-lead PQFN package with a lead-free finish, compliant with RoHS standards and compatible with 260C reflow temperatures, featuring low lead inductance and an excellent thermal path.
